Construction On The Rise

There’s no doubt about it, this area has experienced some significant growing pains in the last few years. From owners remodeling their beach homes, new businesses moving into the area and residential subdivisions popping up all over, how can you possibly keep up with information on just what’s going on?

Construction On The Rise, a locally owned Hampstead company that has been in business since 1995, has the answer. They provide a weekly publication that contains all the needed information about each project from various building permit departments. The publication contains such information as permit numbers, where the project is located, what type of construction, the owner’s identity, the contractor assigned and the estimated dollar amount of the project. Covered areas include five separate counties including Carteret, Onslow, Pender, New Hanover and Brunswick.

"We put out a new publication every week," says Denise Beddow, owner.

Construction On The Rise and it’s owner have a great reputation.

"We’re like the postal service," laughs Denise. "Our clients can depend on us that the most current information they need will be there."

Construction workers at all levels, as well as various retailers and suppliers, use this important manual which is published each Friday either via email or postal service, your choice.

Some of those in particular that find the information useful are those in building supplies, subcontractors, carpeting manufacturers and installers, window retailers, and paint stores.

"We’re a very useful marketing tool," says Denise. "They use our publication in their Monday morning meetings."

Do you own a pleasure pool company?

Construction On The Rise has a whole list of potential clients that you can receive immediately. Cold calling will never be the same.

Interior decorators also find it helpful in locating new home and remodeling clients that could use a hand with their decorating dilemmas. Home security companies, siding installers and even insurance agencies gain valuable information which can help provide a preliminary assessment of the property, making your approach much easier and more accurately suited for the individual client.

Why not make it a little easier on your staff?

Try Construction On The Rise’s publication and see an increase in sales across the board.

Maybe you are a business owner that is in need of reevaluating your services. With an accurate list such as this, it allows your company a more concentrated view of the services that are needed and used in any given area within five counties.

With all the information compiled and sent out each and every Friday, if you have a service or product that focuses on any type of home, business or commercial application, you need this manual every week.

Whether you install commercial or residential stereo equipment or custom design window treatments, this set of information will definitely aid you in adding to your list of clientele. If you are working within the banking industry, you need to know what areas are growing the strongest and fastest. This newsletter can help you achieve much needed information about your serviceable areas and allow you a more concentrated marketing assessment.

Are you a painter? You can receive back issues of Construction On The Rise’s publication so you can see just who may be ready for your services on new construction or large remodeling jobs. Just ask Denise about this service. She has an extensive amount of back copies for clients just like you.

What's one of the nicest things about Construction On The Rise? The low cost for one and the fact you can have your new potential client list today.

"We do ask for payment up front, "Says Denise. "But there is no contract. You only pay for what you want."

The cost is minimal. To receive a list of resident and commercial permits in all five counties, including New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick, Onslow and Carteret, the cost is only $75.00 a month. A report on one county is $25.00 monthly and you can receive any counties you want, with the price adjusted accordingly.

If commercial permit lists is all you need, there’s great news. For a report of all the counties listed, the cost is only $35.00 a month, four counties is $30.00 and for three only $25.00 a month. Those kinds of prices just can’t be beat for all the information you receive. There is a 7% sales tax.

If you would like to know more or want to get your newsletter started, please call Denise at 910-270-1535 at the office or 910-352-1819 on her cell. The hours are typically 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Other hours are available by request.

"We try and work with the people," smiles Denise.
