Topsail Island, NC - Taken last fall, this photo was submitted by grandparents Beth and Rick Holder.  Pictured are grandson Brae Troutman from Wilmington (parents Allison and Nic Troutman) and granddog Alba, owner son Britt Holder from Kinston.  They were trying out the new boat in the sound.
